This permanently deletes your account, your dog's profile and photo, training progress, passport stamps, health calendar and trainer chat conversation. It can't be undone.

Your account has been deleted. If you subscribed to Premium, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings: deleting the account doesn't stop the subscription.

In the app

  1. Open Pawfessor and go to Settings.
  2. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Email accounts confirm with their password; Apple and Google accounts confirm with their sign in sheet.

By email

Email pawfessor.app@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Pawfessor account". We complete requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your sign in record, your dog's profile and the copy of its photo in your account, onboarding answers, training progress, passport stamps, wellness notes, health calendar and trainer chat conversation, straight away. What is kept only on your phone (the full size dog photo, reminders and settings) is cleared when you delete from the app, or removed when you uninstall it.

What is kept

Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, as required for tax and accounting. Daily chat usage counters until they expire after 30 days, and any reports you sent about chat answers until they expire after 12 months. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
