Frequently asked questions

Is the AI trainer a veterinarian?

No. It gives general, reward based training guidance. It cannot examine your dog, diagnose illness or prescribe anything. For health worries, injuries or sudden changes in behavior, contact your vet. In an emergency, call a vet straight away.

What does it know about my dog?

Your dog's name, breed, age group and sex from their profile, plus the recent conversation, so its answers fit your dog.

Are my conversations stored?

Your conversation is saved in your account so you can come back to it on any device, until you clear it in the chat or delete your account. Messages are sent through our server to OpenAI, which writes the reply; OpenAI may keep API requests for up to 30 days to detect abuse, under its own policy. Your content is not used to train AI models. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Is there a limit?

Yes, a daily message limit keeps the service fast and fair for everyone. It is far more than most owners use in a day.

Can it replace a trainer?

For everyday training questions it is a helpful companion. For aggression, bites, or anxiety that is getting worse, work with a qualified trainer or behaviorist who can meet your dog.
